After you ate some toxic mushroom that you prepared at home, you went to work(night shift).

It was about 2 A.M when you went sick and decided to go to a doctor, but apparently the only medical office open at that time was a creepy one located at the outskirt of the city. Once you arrived, you started hallucinating....
